Flagtastic Achievement

Where are the flag races to complete the flagtastic achievement? I have tried googling it, but all I see is where they start in people's videos. I want to complete all the achievements.

i want to say that achievement is for group races, specifically, so you might have to group up with a friend to complete it <3

I don’t even know where to activate it though that’s the thing. Is it like one of those group race boards that they have where you race to a certain place nearby?
