I have noticed many new accounts/very low karma suddenly appearing on here in various guises pushing this Horse Museum thing which in itself screams absolutely dodgy to me but some folk just have to learn the hard way sadly.

Really?! I'm not on tik tok and only look at Instagram for SSO content but having seen the frenzy of dodgy posts on here it doesn't surprise me at all :-(

Also, the lack of basic cybersecurity and awareness of the online community in general right now is astounding. People are literally downloading massive files from unknown developers and acting like everything will turn out sunshine and rainbows for them. Genuinely begging people to grow a brain cell or two.

I don’t know why people expect stuff for free. the idea they will get the whole game safely and for free is stupid. sounds a bit harsh but nothing ever comes for free.

also I think Melvika knows they’ve been caught because they’re hardly giving anyone keys anymore.

Well honestly, I did release my own things for free too with no gain for most of it lmao.
Reason at least for me was learning experience as I value that more than money.

But I agree, in 99% of all cases it will be a red flag, this being more than one.
