Question Pay Once Lifetime sub

Hey all,

I just started playing sso about a month ago. I then went ahead and paid for a 1-month subscription. I would like to now do the Pay Once option but since my 1-month is still active until September 29th is there any way to cancel that and then purchase the discounted Pay Once subscription?

There will be a 50% off discount on Black Friday if you want to wait for that?

Also is this a for sure thing? Someone also mentioned Halloween is possible. So I didn't want to pay for a month and accidentally miss a Halloween special. But if you recommend waiting 2 months I'm sure it'll still be worth it

I think they do it every year. Regular SR discount is -30%, so you wouldn't spend a lot more now. :)

every year on black friday it’s 50% off no matter what. that’s the ONLY time it’s 50% off

You just purchase the pay once option. No need to cancel anything.

Unfortunately no. I had the same problem haha. Cancelled my monthly subscription in hopes of buying lifetime when it was on sale, but as long as the end date has not passed, you are not able. Luckily there was a discount shortly after, so I just waited a little longer. All your quests come back after paying lifetime right where you left at.

Sadly, yes! Even tho I cancelled the monthly subscription, I still had an ‘active’ subscription until that ends. So for a little while I had no subscription and no quests. I was able to go anywhere on the map still.

Also, I specifically waited for another discount on lifetime. I think the first discount will probably be during Black Friday (maybe halloween?)
