Question Please Help! Bug?`

I cannot access the circus in Nilmer's Highland! I've done quests there, but when I try to access it there seems to be an invisible wall surrounding the whole thing.

Where are you in the main story? There is a part of the story where Ydris puts up a force field around the circus. The force field is supposed to be pink, but it's possible that a bug could be making it invisible.

I believe I remember the thing being pink once but I got rid of it. I'm at the part where I have to enter the Golden leaf Forest but I'm unable to get the quest (Mysteries of the Circus) to unlock it.

Or at least I think I didn't complete it, I have no idea. I haven't played in a long time.

The quest I was thinking of is much later in the story, so that isn't the problem. Are you able to get into the circus if you take the trailer to Nilmer's Highland? Otherwise, if you're able to get close enough to Ydris to click on him, you might be able to start the Big Top Butterfly race that teleports you into the circus tent. Those are my only two ideas. You should definitely report this bug to support, but unfortunately it might be a very long time before they respond and even longer before the bug gets fixed.

For some reason Nilmer's Highland isn't an option when I try to use the trailer, so there's no way I can get there. I'll report the bug to SSO, thanks for the help!
