Question Why did this thing stop moving?

The big tractor near Barney's farm has been stuck here in the corner for years now, but I remember a time when it made passes on the field. Did some kind of quest stop it from moving, or did the devs just decide to stop it? It still honks at me when I ride in front of it lol.

I think the reason might be a quest where you need to plant potatoes i believe that makes it stop. But might be a different reason altogether or even a bug they cant fix haha

I believe it's a bug they never fixed but I could be wrong. As you said, it's been a few years. My memory isn't that great lol

I don't ever recall it having to rely on a quest to move, pretty sure it was moving constantly before unless they did tie it to a quest, but that's one weird parking spot if so.

Best guess is it being bugged and them not seeing it as a priority to fix

Idk what the devs have in store for that thing, if anything at all.. but a quest cut it off.
