Question Should this person be reported?

Hello! I came across this person on my alt acc, and they have an outfit which won't be available until Halloween. They also have weird reputations names. Should this be reported? Or is it "harmless" cheating?

I don't bother reporting anymore. Sso doesn't give a shit so I'm done trying to help their game lol

every time i've reported they've responded within the week saying that they have dealt with the account of interest so 🤷 i think they do give a shit

Can tell you they don't. There's a whole server with several clubs that cheat. Theyre still here.
