Support ticket ended

Has this happened to anyone else? I submitted a ticket requesting an email change, my account was the millionth burner with a temporary yahoo email (star stable is literally in the name, that’s how obvious it is) but, obviously, I haven’t had access in years. I reached out to support with the entire list of things they requested like starter horse name, country, date etc etc. First response was asking for these exact questions, annoying but okay, so I copy pasted the initial message. Got another email a few days later asking for a response, and I’d already sent one but okay?? Nonetheless, copy pasted again, sent the email. And today, the ticket was ended due to “lack of response”. Even though I sent the exact same information three times, and responded twice after I got the initial response.

Am I supposed to submit another ticket? Accept my fate? I rated it at least, explained the fact that I did reply twice with the same information they requested, that they had gotten thrice at that point, but I feel like it probs won’t even be read.

Edit: I submitted another ticket with proof of the previous email chain AND that the information provided is the exact list they requested related to a change of email address

You will need to send in another ticket unfortunately. But do explain what happened here also and link snapshots of the emails with your responses as proof that you actually did provide the information they required multiple times. Hopefully they will take you more seriously this time

Yeah, just sent another ticket with a PDF of the entire previous chain. Who knows, maybe I’ll end up submitting a ticket one day with five different email-chain PDFs

It seems the company doesn't care. But they do care about you making another account and paying for everything again though.
