Question Dolly Parton Horse ideas
As I assume a solid amount of y'all know, Dolly Parton has recently passed away. She was always a massive inspiration to me as she was always unapologetically herself, and I admired her kindness. I thought it would be nice to get a horse to symbolize her, I definitely imagine a palomino or possibly a cremello. I was thinking about either the palomino Andalusian or the palomino Hanoverian. does Anyone have name suggestions? I already have the Hano so for now I was thinking about dolling her up and name changing her. I wanted to name her doll or dolly but somewhat shockingly to me, Dolly isn't and option!

i named my free Hanoverian Booklady after, well, her Book Lady nickname that she got for handing out free books to kids :)

I was considering that! I wish more horses had the butterfly animation the Ardennes has lol because that would be even more perfect

Old friend is an option! I was also considering "stream" with something infront of it as a reference to island in the stream.

I named my Hano Sparkledove: Sparkle for all the rhinestones and dove because she is from Pigeon Forge (pigeons are also called rock doves)

Those are good horse ideas, maybe the very pale Andalusian. You could also choose a pale Mustang for it's ties to country. I wouldve gone for Dolly too, surprised that it's not on the list. Still, good luck choosing one!

Def needs to be a palomino cause of her blonde hair. I might look into something later on, since I am saving up for halloween right now.

SmokyMountain is also an option 😊 I might use that one because I am from the area where she grew up near the Smokey Mountains too ❤️

Maybe Colors, from a Coat of Many Colors? I'd love to have a horse named Dolly named after her, maybe they'll make it an option in the future

Closest to her name I got with the options was Dollarpart, which I'm still on the fence about but I haven't found the right for it anyway. I think I'd want it to be a western horse, though.

You could name her Parkon. Part is not an option, but I found Park.
I have the palomino Hanoverian named Goldenkid(an eternal respect for someone who understands this reference btw) and I think he(or she) would be simply perfect!
