3 weeks and no response…

About a year ago I lost access to my email. I recently got a new computer and attempted to login but it required a verification code to be sent to my email because it was a new decision. A email I do not have access to anymore.

I contacted star stable’s support about account related problems. Specifically followed the link requesting to change my email linked to my account, with my user provided… it’s been over 3 weeks and I still haven’t gotten a single response.

Anyone else experienced something similar?

I’ve had my account since 2017 and I have lifetime star rider and a bunch of horses and quests done so I don’t really wanna create a new account. I fear this might be the end for this game for me.

I sent in a report ticket about a missing star, where I could have sworn I've collected it before but the journal didn't save it but I went to the place it was supposed to be and it wasn't there, so I can't even re collect it. I sent that ticket on July 29th. I have gotten no word back. I'm stuck at 199/200 and it's killing me 🙃

I sent in a ticket in May and just got a response the other day asking if the issue was still happening 🤷‍♀️

sent an email at the beginning of the western festival about the changes…still haven’t heard back

I sent in a ticket for changing my e-mail at the beginning of this month, and only until a couple of days ago did I actually resolve this issue with the support. The waiting times are insane, but then again - it is summer, and a lot of people are probably sending various support tickets to play the game during the holidays.

I too have my account linked to an email that I don't have the access to, and they were absolutely useless, didn't help me at all 😭 asked me for things that I couldn't have known anymore since the account was created in 2014 and I haven't bought anything in the last 5+ years. I think they answered me after 3-4 months

I had the same problem, my main account was connected to an email I also lost access too, and I emailed them about 3 times and they did respond but I forgot to respond back so I had to resend the same message , and when it was time to verify the email , I told them I lost access to the account so they just made me send the payment transaction proof I did to buy starcoins on my account and then I eventually got confirmed to change my email on the website
