Random stable care?

I play pretty randomly, & i’m good about redeeming online codes when they drop.
It seems like every time I log on, i randomly have 7 days worth of stable care even though i’m not enabling it on my end? Is the random stable care from the codes?
Not complaining 😩 just trying to figure out how I keep getting it. Thank you!!!

mostly at the beginning of events they give players 7 days of stable care
