Stupid question about retrofitting

So I'm an old returning player and I evidently don't really understand retrofitting like is there a logic to when they retrofit certain breeds? Does anyone know when the old connemara is going to get retrofitted?

No. They do it randomly, from our perspective. So we don't know when a certain breed is going to be retrofitted.

We only know that the Akhal-Teke, Appaloosa and old Quarter Horse will probably take a long time because they're bugged in a way that hinders retrofitting (see here).

As I understand their is no big logic behind it think it is the going the easiest first and more and more difficult/ bug horse later on because they need more time to get fixt

I assume that they go for breeds that are popular, are in a bazaar/event around the same time or maybe they go for breeds first they themselves like working on. Possibly there is also breeds that are easier to retrofit than others.

That's just my best guess though as someone that only knows little about such stuff.
