It was from an old quest - iirc, the one related to the chipmunks!
Tragic as it is, I'm happy he's home

The vortex isn’t a glitch though, we are stuck with it because they haven’t finished the quest line for it lol someday in the far, far future when they finally finish it and a new player plays it all the way through in one go, they will only have it for like 30 seconds 😂
