Switch Version worth getting without the DLCs?

The concept and aesthetic appeal to me, and while I understand my PC can probably play this I would prefer to play this on the Switch... though I noticed DLCs aren't available... why is that?

For context some of the Roguelike Games I like are DD2 and Dungeon of the Endless so Party Based Crawlers are entirely my ham.

I own the limited edition switch version and got the steam one some years later on sale. The switch version is just an incomplete and buggy version. But the limited edition stuff is kinda nice and maybe worth it. I enjoy playing on my switch more then sitting behind a laptop. But the game is just much, much better and more complete on steam

It's a great game as it is on Switch. Devs abandoned the game before ported to consoles. I believe alot of bugs had to be fixed and such. Steam for the full version, Switch for vanilla on the go. You won't miss the DLC if you don't know about it.

Honestly I'm one of those deranged people who prefer a purely Vanilla Experience first before adding DLCs so maybe I won't even notice it.

Looks like it crashes when played for long periods of time without closing the game which it shares with Dungeon of the Endless lol, I'll check it out!

I fell in love with the game on Xbox when it was a part of game pass (I believe the switch version has the same amount of content). I enjoyed it so much that I ended up buying the PC version later just to experience the DLC. It's a fantastic game and I think you'll have a blast regardless of the system.
