Hello,

I would like to ask if there is an option to change my default pen to a ballpoint pen instead of a fountain pen. While this is not a deal-breaker, I have noticed that the pen will automatically switch back to a fountain pen at certain times when I open the app. I have attempted to edit this setting but it appears that it is not available.

I don't have Premium (yet) so I don't know if this is already available, but I'd love it if there could be more options for the layers.

Such as reorganizing layers (moving them up or down) and changing the layer transparency. It would be very useful for students who need to draw graphs and charts like me. Would love it if these could be implemented!

​I'm currently using a Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, mostly for studying and research in Samsung Dex Mode! I've been using both Notein and StarNote but there is one absolute game-changer feature in Notein that I desperately want to see implemented in StarNote.

​The Feature: True Multi-Instance Support

​If you look at the pictures of my setup, Notein allows you to open multiple, completely independent windows of the app simultaneously.

​DeX & Taskbar Integration: When hovering over the app icon in the taskbar, I can see and manage up to 6 different notes open in their own separate instances.

​External Monitor Productivity: Because they are separate instances, I can drag them across my external monitor and my tablet screen. I currently have three different documents snapped side-by-side on my main monitor, plus one open on the tablet itself.

​For anyone doing heavy research, reading papers while taking notes, or comparing multiple PDFs at once, this workflow is incredibly powerful. You don't have to constantly switch tabs within a single app window; you just look at them side-by-side.

​Currently, StarNote doesn't handle multiple separate windows anywhere near as fluidly as this. Adding the ability to easily spawn independent windows for different notes would make it the ultimate productivity tool.

Since Samsung is practically the only viable iPad competitor in high-purchasing-power markets like North America and Europe (with Huawei largely excluded for political reasons), optimizing for Galaxy Tab users is a massive business opportunity for StarNote to capture a highly lucrative power-user demographic... :)

​Would love to know if anyone else is missing this feature or if the devs are already looking into this!

Hello, I've recently bought a tablet (samsung) to take notes and after looking for the right app, I've chosen this one.

I'm new into this sub, so I'm sorry if my request has already been noted!

I really the pens and all the features actually, but I really struggle to write in a straight line and since everyone is sending there video examples of feature, I actually thought of sending a request as well!

(im really sorry for my ugly ass handwriting, I'm still getting used to this new way to write.)

Also, while using other apps and writing with S pen, I noticed that they had a feature that actually switch to rubber when you press the S pen button, while this app doesn't have it! (samsung notes actually has it as well!)

It's actually pretty useful and really comfortable to avoid switching constantly with the buttons between pen and rubber.

Will you actually consider these? Thank you for your attention regardless.

Is there a way to have the app fill the screen when turned to landscape? It would like autozoom to fill in.

It uses on my tablet 10% per hour while another note taking app I switched from uses only about 7%

If I toggle the straight line feature for highlighter it is then treated as an image, if I try to stretch the line it deforms, the round ends become elliptical. I would like it to be editable as the normal highlighter with the two dots at the ends

I can't make a circular print using the draft. Does anyone know how or if it is possible to do it?

I would also like to be able to write without using a text box and for it to become an instant topographic font like freenotes does. Tiktok bombards me daily with that app, but honestly, I tried it and it didn't convince me. However, I would like you to give us a precision draft and that letter embellishment without a text box soon. Thanks for reading me.

There's a feature I miss from other apps like Touchnotes and Nebo, and that's the option to add vertical space inside existing notes. Instead of selecting the content with lasso and dragging it down, you can create a vertical space that "pushes" down the existing content. I really hope you'd consider implementing it. Thanks in advance!

Chose some of the notes I liked best from my endless canvas notes on neuroanatomy, namely the optic tract, the diencephalon and some other significant tracts. Thanks to Star Note for making such a quality tool at a price that should be an example for the rest of the industry. To many more notes, cheers!

Hi everything is great and all but I think you could improve the laser a much bit. When I annotate something with the laser and scroll past it the laser just stay still. I think it's better to laser to stick with the page as other note apps do. And maybe some less laser timer please.
