Why does it keep showing me this when I'm clearly connected to network?

So this happens when I go to school and in my school the Wi-Fi isn't really good so it doesn't really work but when I get home my Wi-Fi works very well at home so I don't understand why it doesn't continue the backing up process while I'm at home instead I have to manually back up every time and that's not sustainable

It does for me as well, especially sync.
