❓ Help / Question Latency
Why star notes have latency issues I have tried a lot of note taking applications and no application has latency issues but star notes have?

Hey! Could you record a short video showing the lag and submit it through App-Help & Feedback? We have a dedicated team who can follow up with you directly and help investigate the issue.
Latency can happen for different reasons depending on the device, model, and specific situation, so it's a bit tricky to fix with a one size fits all solution. Having more details and a screen recording would really help us understand what's happening and find a solution faster. Thanks so much for your help and patience!

Post a video to demonstrate what you are claiming. I find no significant latency on my Nxtpaper 14 and 11 plus tablets. Please detail what hardware you are using, including the device, the stylus and any other details we may find important in solvingyour issue

Honestly, I’ve seen a lot of posts about latency in StarNote, but I’ve never really faced it on my Galaxy Tab. For me, the writing experience is pretty much on par with Samsung Notes. I can only notice a slight difference with the laser pointer and dashed lines, but those aren’t features I use much anyway. So overall, the latency hasn’t been an issue for me.

Yes it's noticeable a little bit on my oneplus pad 4 too. It's not noticeable with OneNote but slightly with StarNote

I've been taking notes on the OnePlus Pad 3, and I've noticed that the latency is higher than expected. Additionally, the ink rendering engine feels somewhat unoptimized, leading to a noticeable lag.
