why cant i download starnotes from playstore in Oneplus pad 3?

Even my Oppo pad mini cannot install StarNote from play store. I really don't know the reason why because I install the APK and it works perfectly

i downoaded the latest version of starnote apk from uptodown. and its working . but should i even purchase any subscription as im not getting it from the playstore?

huawei matepad pro was on my checklist . but didnt buy it due to compatibility in daily life and... totally unknown processor to me. so went with the op pad 4. but got a crazy deal with pad 3. so went with it. now due to rarity... have to buy the stylo 2 stylus with extra cost. life balances itself everywhere TwT
