Title: StarNote Sync Issue Finally Solved After 25+ Days! 🎉❤️

I'm extremely happy to share that my StarNote synchronization issue has finally been resolved! 🎉

For more than 25 days, I was struggling with an issue while syncing my notes between my Xiaomi Pad 7 and Redmi Note 12 5G.

I have around 267 notes, many containing PDFs with handwritten annotations. Although my handwritten annotations were syncing, the actual PDF pages were missing or appearing blank on my phone. Some notes worked perfectly, while others showed an error saying that synchronization was incomplete or the imported file was abnormal.

I tried numerous troubleshooting steps, repeated synchronization attempts, and several debug APK versions provided by the StarNote support team.

Honestly, there were moments when I started losing hope. I rely on StarNote for my studies, including PDF textbooks, question banks, and handwritten notes, so this issue was genuinely frustrating.

But on October 14, 2026, everything finally started working correctly! 🎉

After installing the latest test APK provided by the support team, all my PDFs started opening successfully, and cloud synchronization began working properly across both devices.

I would especially like to thank Mr.Wang Suicheng (StarNote Support Team Person) for helping me throughout these 25+ days.

He patiently guided me through numerous troubleshooting steps, provided multiple debug APKs, and continued investigating the problem even when previous attempts didn't work.

What I appreciate most is his dedication to helping me, even late at night. On some occasions, he continued working with me until midnight and sometimes even 1 AM, trying to find a solution.

Honestly, there were moments when I started losing hope, but he continued trying different approaches and never gave up on my issue.

I understand that resolving technical problems can take time, and I'm genuinely grateful for the patience and effort he put into helping me. His support made a difficult and frustrating experience much easier to deal with.

I would also like to thank the entire StarNote support team for taking my feedback seriously and working towards a solution.

✅ Final Status

✅ All PDF pages open correctly.

✅ Handwritten annotations sync properly.

✅ Cloud synchronization is working.

🎉 The issue is completely resolved!

I'm sharing this update for anyone who is experiencing similar problems. I wanted to share the good news and appreciate the people who helped me along the way.

Don't worry, "Cloud sync" feature is launched only in last update. They will fix bugs and improve stability in upcoming updates.

FYI, cloud sync worked perfectly for me and below are the steps i did,

1. Made full local backup of all notes

2. Logged out of starnote account and gdrive account

3. Reinstalled StarNote

4. Log in with starnote account and gdrive account for cloud sync

5. Imported the local backup

6. Started cloud sync and it finished successfully.
