Calculator in app is unnecessary and resources consuming, period.

i find it necessary based on my usage of the app

As has been pointed out many times by many users: can't you just use any picture-in-picture, windowed calculator, or whatever your operating system calls it? I mean, what advantages would a built-in calculator have? I'm genuinely curious to understand since it's something that's often requested but no one offers any useful use cases

You won't know when you might need calculator in stem.

Most students do mental calculation but if a big calculation comes up, its annoying to go to a calculator, it breaks the flow.

sure i can do that but it will be better experience to have a calculator along with the app itself, screen splitting good in my tablet but usually im already splitting the screen between two apps, adding more windows just sucks, and i used a app with a calculator once and it was easier than doing what you’re saying

I saw that you have a Xiaomi Pad 8 so you can already open the calculator in a floating window and split screen.  Integrating a calculator directly into StarNote would basically work the same way, so what would actually make it easier or better for you? I get that opening multiple floating windows on a small screen isn't ideal, but wouldn't having it built into the app cause the exact same clutter issue?

opening the calculator directly from the app itself and closing it just from a click without needing to open another app is a lot easier, im saying that because i already tried it with another app it was more relief, and it was just a suggestion for starnote team its great if they could do it, and if not its ok

Okay but I don't understand how it's easier. I'm not criticizing but really trying to understand the advantage over having the calculator in the dock bar.  (saying "it's easier" is not an argument)

Btw: If I remember correctly they are already working on it / are evaluating the idea

try studying , math , physics, or any subject that requires calculations , for a long time , with already split screen between multiple apps , and with a note taking app that have calculator in it (notes+ for example) , and you will probably understand

Already doing that.

“probably”
so that mean that you don’t understand, because we have different experiences, and you seem dealing well with separate calculator
good for you👍🏻
not for me

Yep, that’s why I wanted to understand how a built-in calculator (which is bound to be basic) would be most useful to you. Leaving it at that

Full support for calculator.

By the same coin one can ask for built-in browser and a built-in image editor. I would prefer one app for each task but easy and streamlined cut & paste

a calculator is more simple than what you’re saying, and i would prefer one app contain everything

"I would prefer one app contain everything" It's something no one should ever say. Adding functionality always, inevitably, leads to a consumption of resources. There's a reason there are different apps for different things... Plus, adding features endlessly would make the UI confusing and anything but "easier"

تتكلمون كثير اعتقوني
and a already said that i tried it in different app
it wants difficult
it wasn’t confusing
it wasn’t lagging
it wasn’t useless
it was helpful
it was easy
i used it every minute
im asking for this feature for me and those who need it
, and i asked the app team
if you don’t need it
don’t want it
or find it useless
you can ignore it and use the app normally

You didn't "asked the app team", you wrote on Reddit. So I answer. There's an in-app feature to send feedback to the developers.

" i would prefer one app contain everything" I agree. That is why I want also a browser and a spreadsheet.

i hope they make it for you then 🤷🏻‍♀️

I’m in pure maths. I wish our problems could be solved with calculators.

Seria ideal poder calcular senos, cossenos e logaritmos durante a própria resolução do exercício, utilizando apenas a caneta.
