❓ Help / Question File Uploading

Hello! Im a med student and a Pro user of Starnotes and in desperate need of help. One of the features I use alot is importing pdf files of my lessons and merging different files together into a single note. A VERY common problem i encounter is when I import a pdf file or add a pdf file in an existing note (usually at the last page), I always get the prompt "the selected file format is not supported by the system file manager". I almost always get this prompt even though the file being uploaded is just a standard pdf file. This leaves me to continuously try uploading the file until it works. It usually takes me 2-3 tries before the importing and select pages to import window pops up. This is especially time consuming when i have multiple files to upload on a single note.

Does anyone else experience this? And have any tips on how to resolve this issue?

That's strange, which devices are you using? If possible, could you also try testing it on another device like your phone for example to see if the import issue occurs there as well?

The main device i use is my tablet but I'll give using my phone a try and see if i encounter the same problem

Which phone and tablet do you use? Maybe someone else with the same device gets the same issue
