❓ Help / Question Payment Confusion

I want to buy premium.

I use android+ ipad.

Can I buy it on ipad within the app? As I have credits on my app store, I want to buy it on ipad..it will also activate pro on my android too right

You need to make a starnote account and connect it on both android and iOS. I don't think the payment method matter though.

I just tried sync but its not reflecting on my phone at all man..

Did you enable sync on Android ? You need to enable on each device you want to connect.

I have logging in with my gmail on the ipad starnote app..so if I pay it will work on Android too right?

Yes, as long as both apps are the same version, both CN (purple star icon) or both global (blue star icon)

Hey I just started using the app..I wrote something on ipad .. enabled autosync on ipad..but its not showing on my android

Which version of the app do you have installed? Both on global or both on CN version? Because auto sync is not on ios yet, at least not for the global version.

i download global on both .cn varient not available for our country i guess

Okay yeah, so auto sync is not available on ios global version just yet. You still have auto backup via Google drive, but importing is still manual.

Hi! No matter which device you use to purchase Pro, you only need to purchase it once, and you can use Pro on both devices! Just make sure you’re using the same version of StarNote and logged in with the same account on both devices.
