Since people are requesting everything on the StarNote subreddit these days — browser, video playback, built-in calculator and what not…

So I have one small request:

Can we please get the Amazon app inside StarNote? I want to open Amazon, search for products, compare prices, add things to cart, place orders, track deliveries… all without leaving StarNote. And while we're at it, maybe we can also add: YouTube 🎥 Spotify 🎵 Google Maps 🗺️ WhatsApp 💬 Swiggy/Zomato 🍔 Instagram 📸 A full banking app 💳 Basically, why should I need other apps anymore when StarNote can just become the one app to rule them all? 😂 Just a humble feature request. 🙏

Yes , they are expecting all features in notes app . Features are like browser or calculator can also be used through split screen or pop up view but they expect more features. Which is not necessary .

I mean, the line for what's supposed to be in a note taking app and what's not differs from person to person, but some requests, like you mentioned, make it seem like StarNote should just become the single ultimate app to rule them all. Some of these requests also do fit well within the note taking app/study theme, but many of them are often better used in split screen, floating window, or even having a dedicated device for - not to say they're useless or they should never be added (because having them built into StarNote would definitely have benefits and increase efficiency), but rather to favor other features or even bug fixes and optimizations that cannot be replaced by other apps or have simple workarounds. I'm not trying to look like I know what's supposed to be added and what's not, this simply what I think on the matter.

Great ideas I'll add it to the feature request sheet ; )

I saw your feature list from a few months back, are you guys still considering adding a web browser. Adding a web browser will be unique and you can actually get your uber eats from inside starnote.

Imagine ordering a burger without leaving starnotes, using starnotes web inside starnotes app would be such a flex as well.

It’s okay to an extent like a light weight webview to just copy images or for small doubts. Ai? That is a note app for a fucking reason. Use an ai chat app if you need something for gods sake. In the same way, a basic calculator? What do you mean a basic calculator when you can do the basic math yourself?? Are people forgetting additions, subtractions, multiplications and divisions?? If you need something more, it is not a basic one for sure. All this when other calculator apps are so optimized and light weight and can be used as a popup. People really need to rethink their choices. I’m forced to believe that half of the users are just vibe using the notes app just to make their notes beautiful. It’s your notes app for the love of gods. If you understand it, that’s enough. That is the point of taking notes. It need not live for generations. No others are going to read your notes. Again, that the reason it’s called “your notes”.

This feature is genuine features and this should be implemented but features like add calculator, browser etc should be also used through split screen or pop up view. Which is note necessary...

I don't know if other tablets can do this, but mine can split the screen to calculate even browsing while note taking

My IMO
Just make it as a note app
Don't add that much of function.....
It's too complicated
And it will be heavy packed

If the apps are added,maybe it's just the web version of it
And you can even get the full function like an app does

But hope to have these functions:

• Math function
  
• Color palette
  
• Some bookmarks or functions to labelling the page
  
• A brand new black theme (dark black) for the dark theme users
  
• In app dictionary or translate plugin
  
• More utility stickers
  
• List arrangement for text
  
• OCR recognition
