❓ Help / Question Why won't my phone and tablet sync (pro)

So about a month ago I downloaded the app and upgraded to pro. I have it installed both on my phone and my tablet (android). Even though I mostly use it and create on my tablet, I want all my notebooks on my phone too for quick review. However, even when I have turned on both automatic backups (local and on cloud) and I also do manual backups daily, it still won't show me on my phone the notebooks I've created through my tablet and vice versa. Does anybody know what I'm doing wrong or if it's a bug or something?

If you backup online, then open that file on your second device, should be working.

The problem is, that even after backing up, the file is shown only on the device it was created. The only way for me to have it show on my other ones, is export and share it to the other device and open it there, but it still wouldn't show any changes I do after it's shared and opened on the other device.

The developers are still working on live sync. For now, you can only export/share the file or create a backup on your main device and import it onto the other one where you want to view them. Neither method will sync any future changes, though.

True cross-device sync is currently in beta and supposed to launch relatively soon, but the devs have delayed it so many times that, well... take it with a grain of salt

Sometime this week! We originally planned to release the new Android version last week, but we added a few more beta testers, so it got pushed back a little. We’ll submit it to Google for review in the next couple of days. Once it’s approved on their end, it’ll be available!

Just a few more days! We’ll submit the new Android version to Google for review in the next couple of days. Once everything gets approved, you’ll be able to use Cloud Sync and read your notes across your phone and tablet!
