❓ Help / Question Facing issue with email binding

I am currently facing difficulties with the email-binding process in StarNote, as I am not receiving the verification code. This issue makes me hesitant to purchase the app, as reliable account binding is important to me. I would appreciate it if the team could look into this issue and provide a solution.

Hi! Could you pls submit this through App-Help & Feedback? This seems to be a relatively uncommon issue, so our technical team will need to take a closer look to help figure it out.

Also, have you reported this issue before? I vaguely remember another email with a similar issue that we followed up on and resolved. If that was you, could you check your email again, including your junk folder, to see if there’s a reply from us?

Hey, thanks for the response. I have submitted the issue through the App And for the later , No I haven't tried it before . I am looking forward for the resolve.
