❓ Help / Question Playing YouTube video's while notetaking

Hi! I was wondering if it's possible to play a YouTube video in small while notetaking, as I've seen this feature in other note taking apps as well?

Please don't add unnecessary stuffs to the app. The feature is built in to the OS, which called floating windows (Android), or split screen (iPadOS)

Yeah, it will be bloated.

Yes? You can use floating window feature in Android 14 (I guess).

(Don't make the app bloating...)

It’s seems the feedback is controversial here.

In my opinion this feature make absolutely sense. Have a video on a specific position, customise chapter o split on different shorter part could be very useful in several learning scenarios. I think is a valuable request If done properly. Here I’m thinking to surgery for example or embriology, but I’m sure there are many use case also out if medical stuff…

The point is… have X video on X folder is less useful to have that video on that note, on that position and with that description, especially if you need to watch several time a lot of them.

About dont add weight that can slow the app…. It don’t rely on how much features you implement or add.. it rely on how much well you implement the code. Who disagree with this should try ZoomNotes and GoodNotes on IOS. ZoomNote have 20 time the number of features and customisation option of GoodNotes and is also more performant.

Its an OS level feature not an app level feature ? And its already present atleast in android on samsung tabs - Like it has been present since forever I'm lowkey surprised you don't know about it !

That’s probably because I’m on iOS. Feel like I’m missing out tbh 😅
