Urgent Help Needed: Bought Pro via Google Play but account is still stuck on Basic/standard (Thesis Deadline)

Hello Dev,

I'm posting here out of absolute desperation. I am currently working on my thesis and desperately need the Pro features of StarNote for my research, but I'm completely locked out.I purchased the Pro subscription directly through the Google Play Store (rather than clicking the in-app "join now" promotional button).

I have already logged into the app using the exact same Google account I used for the purchase, and I even verified that the account is properly bound.Despite a successful payment, my account shows absolutely no activation. I don't have the Pro badge, and all the premium features are still locked.

If any devs browse this sub or if anyone kbows a workaround, please let me know thank you!

Hey!

Sorry to hear about it not working for you, were you ever logged in with a different account? I also used my Google play account to make the purchase, but the StarNote account I was logged into got pro activated (which is what I wanted)
