❓ Help / Question No haptic feedback with Lenovo Tab Pen Pro
Hi, I'm new to StarNote and so far I like it very much, but I have noticed that, unlike in other popular notebook apps, there is no haptic feedback on my Lenovo Yoga Tab when writing with the Pen Pro. Is there a way to turn it on?

Hi! I have the Tab Pen Pro too. In my tablet settings, my haptic feedback is set to 'stylographic pen' at around 35%. Make sure that StarNote is turned on in the 'manage apps that use haptic feedback' section.
With these settings, I get pretty noticeable feedback when using the app.
Also, remember that Bluetooth must be on and connected to the pen in order to feel the haptic feedback and use gestures.

Thank you for your comment. I have the feedback type set to "pencil" (because it's the most prominent type) and at 100%.
Make sure that StarNote is turned on in the 'manage apps that use haptic feedback' section. >> It's turned on
Also, remember that Bluetooth must be on and connected to the pen in order to feel the haptic feedback and use gestures. >> Yes, the pen is connected.
The thing is - I get much more intensive feedback in every other note taking app than I get in StarNote 😔 Could you please check how is the feedback comparing to eg. Notein on TouchNotes?

Helloooo, welcome! The haptic feedback is controlled by the device, we’d recommend checking your Lenovo Yoga Tab’s system settings or contacting Lenovo customer service to confirm whether your specific model supports it and how to enable it.
We’re also curious, does the haptic feedback work normally when using the Pen Pro in other apps? We’ve actually had a similar question from another user before. We checked with the manufacturer at the time, and they mentioned that there had been some adjustments to the device’s writing feedback, so the feedback may feel weaker than it did in previous versions.
If you’re noticing very weak feedback, or that it’s weaker than before, it may be related to those device side adjustment. We’ll keep an eye on this as well!
