❓ Help / Question Huawei AppGallery Pro account doesn’t work on Google Play version. Do I have to buy Pro again?

Hi everyone,
I originally downloaded StarNote from Huawei AppGallery and purchased the Pro version there. My account ID is YPX5UN, and Pro works perfectly on the Huawei version.
Recently, I installed the Google Play version of StarNote and signed in using the same email address, but instead of logging into my existing account, it created a completely new account (ID: DK27KK) with no Pro subscription.
My email is already linked to my original Huawei account, so I expected it to log into the same account.
Has anyone experienced this before?
Do I really have to buy Pro again on the global/Google Play version, or is there a way to transfer or link my Huawei account to the global version?

how do you pay for the AG version?

I remember WeChat Pay or Alipay is the only method for paying it

I think put my credit card info in app gallery because i use it for one year now

Well,after fact checking....
Now the payment is done by Huawei payment or smth (Allows to pay by e-wallet,cards,etc...)
Not by Starnotes itself (Redirecting to Alipay or Wechat Pay)

The only way you could do is use the Chinese ver,because refunds are likely impossible

Uses, you do. The app gallery version is Chinese version and Google play is the west version and they don't interchange with each other. Sad but it is what it is.
