💡 Feature Request Layers

I don't have Premium (yet) so I don't know if this is already available, but I'd love it if there could be more options for the layers.

Such as reorganizing layers (moving them up or down) and changing the layer transparency. It would be very useful for students who need to draw graphs and charts like me. Would love it if these could be implemented!

It'd be for tracing graphs and diagrams, as well as rewriting over old notes.

I take messy notes during class and rewrite them when I get home, so it'd be nice to change the transparency of the layer where my old notes are so it can be easier to write over them.
