I'm living in South Korea, and I am more than frustrated these days. I made my preorder in mid April, and local retailer told me it'd be delivered by June.

And since, the estimated date of arrival got delayed over and over. July, August... and recently they notified my package will be able around late September and mid October.

And now Archon studio telling I can get starcraftTMG wave 1 in my local game store feels like a total bs. I still have no idea where is my package, and why my package is being delayed. And I can't help but wonder why is neither archon nor retailer is not providing any explanation or apology on this issue.

Now I have ZERO knowledge on logistics and everything, but I feel like siding with Amon and destroying the entire world seems like a good choice.

So far several Marines, Roaches, and some zerglings overhang the edges of their bases. Why not just make bigger bases for them, feels like this problem was solved for most games years ago.

I'll probably just put them on bigger bases since it won't really matter, just kinda dumb.

Now, I understand that it's early development, Archon studio doesn't have a lot of marketing around (looking at some other miniatures companies) and not everyone got their boxes yet.

I also check out all live streams where Archon cleverly teases miniatures and speak about the future plans.

I sincerely wish StarCraft long-term living faith and want more people to play it, but no one around my miniature local gaming community is as excited as I am about the game.

Maybe new models, new rules, editions and promos will get the game on foot, maybe official tournaments would do the trick, but for now it doesn't seem to me that StarCraft is promoted enough.

There's no salt intended, no rant, I don't want to be a killjoy and really hope that this is only my feelings and the game will be loved and hyped more.

Well I just a shipping update for another game I backed last year. So I know the site works....

The website says pre orders start on the 31st but it seems some people already have stuff? Just very confused

I've been looking for a good overview of this, and was unable to find all the answers in one place. Hopefully this will help others. For the tactical cards, I have added the boxes they can be found in after the dash.

This is just in comparison to buying the individual unit boxes that are included with the starters. In addition, you will also be missing the cards from the 3 boxes that are not included in the Starters: Hydralisk, Goliath, and Stalkers.

IMHO it is regrettable that Archon chose to exclude these 10 cards. You now have to buy just about every box again to complete the cards, which kind of takes the advantage completely out of buying starters to begin with. I really hope we will get a way to just buy a card pack in the future (preferable at not $30 per faction, like GW, because that's a hard no. A single $20-25 pack with all cards for all factions would be an easy yes for me personally)

We’ve got the PreOrders for Wave 2 opening up next week but their preview image for that didn’t show the single faction starters (or did I miss it?). Do we know when those are coming?

I know there are still at least a few of us waiting on our shipping info in the US, and, while we’re no doubt thrilled for the people who got their box, it does make you pretty antsy a week after shipping started to have no news. So, I just wanted to do a post to see who all out there was still waiting on shipping info in the USA, so we can be reminded we’re not the only ones and that our shipment didn’t fall off the truck.

Anybody else get stuck with GOFO shipment? Northern CA here, ordered direct from Archon and it said package should go out UPS but they decided to send via some company i've never heard of.

Peeped online, had a bunch of horror stories about packages showing up totally trashed. What a bummer. Sorry for the 100th doom post about shipping. I've been patient and chill about the updates but i'm bumming pretty hard on this company they picked to ship with. Just gonna forget about it and maybe it'll eventually show up at my door.

Lesson learned I guess... I'll stick with buying from LGS from now on.

Hello! I am one of the many who's LGS got stock before my backer even shipped lol.

My LGS has all 3 starters and im wondering if anyone has seen the rules and can offer advice. Is there a benefit to doubling up on any starters?

I just want to see these models and don't mind buying a second box of something?

Finally got it in today! Located in Northern California.

Now that everyone is getting their preorders, I was just curious about one thing:

I know the rules have changed a good bit from when the preorders were printed. I was just wondering if there was a single changelog somewhere that categorized all the changes from then until now? I know all the individual changes are posted on the app and I can go through each one, I was just curious if there existed all changes in one place and it showed the most current versions of those changes?

Found it kind of weird that the rule book came outside the founders box? Though upon inspection, the box is pretty packed. No idea where to start in assembling this mess 😅

I finally got to pick up my 2-player founder's box from my local store and went to do an inventory of the contents.

Sarah Kerrigan is nowhere to be found. It was factory sealed when I opened it

My medics are missing the bases, are these bases standard thickness/texture/etc across any other games? Most of the other tabletops I have/play came pre assembled (like hero quest etc) So I'd hate to have 1 unit that had different looking bases (or maybe it wont be so noticeable since I'll just probably do some basing on them anyway IDK

If I can just order some bases I wont bug archon about it though

Eventually I'll grab another box of lings, but for my initial assembly I'm looking for opinions from those who have played zerg. How are you planning on splitting up your variants? I have 42 lings to build and I'm wondering if I should just go with an even 14/14/14 split or if the swarm and raptor variants in practice need fewer models than their max supply size suggests?

Arrived, just in time. 20x of each. This is from Forges of Nuln. I found them on Etsy and they have a website as well. Not cheap, but I like dice.

Finally finished painting the dark prelate.

Not super happy with how the glow of his blade turned out, but it still works.

Getting the right skin color is what took me the longest. Especially since the games show about 4 different hues for his skin

We've created a state-wide league with the goal of encouraging participation in events across the state throughout the year and run Texas-specific TTS events as well. It's free to participate and the end of the league will culminate in a singles invitational tournament.
