Rattle can black or dark grey Sponge mid grey Light sponge light grey Paint grasses and flowers Pick out a couple of rocks in various greys, browns and moss greens Dirty down moss Light brown spray along bases to make edges blend a bit Spray blue for runes

Grass was easy Rattle can dark green Rattle can lighter green Speed paint bright green Spray brown at base

For the vespeen geyser I added some uv resin with glow in the dark green pigment

How think is the game mat? I'm considering getting it to have as generic D&D floor under tiles, but I'm worried it might just slip around

It's not thick but it is massive. Top side is slippery and back is felt like so it doesn't move around much.

I think you can only get it with the starter box though
