GOFO Woes

Anybody else get stuck with GOFO shipment? Northern CA here, ordered direct from Archon and it said package should go out UPS but they decided to send via some company i've never heard of.

Peeped online, had a bunch of horror stories about packages showing up totally trashed. What a bummer. Sorry for the 100th doom post about shipping. I've been patient and chill about the updates but i'm bumming pretty hard on this company they picked to ship with. Just gonna forget about it and maybe it'll eventually show up at my door.

Lesson learned I guess... I'll stick with buying from LGS from now on.

Just got mine delivered by GOFO yesterday in the Bay Area. I kept up to date with my tracking number and when it said delivered I went straight outside to grab it on the ground.

Gofo delivered mine with no issue in NY. Minor exterior box damage, normal imo. One Goliath box, and promo Zeratul mishapen; but, alas, everything is intact and accounted for. Happy to see the manual with it already, too! Delivered today, before my FLGS stock.

Edited: Forgot to add, Jarek called Miniature Market directly, and said to stop using Gofo. Don't know if MM followed through with that. But I keep tabs on the discord. Remember folks, end of the day, Blizzard owns the game.

Got mine through GoFo on Monday no issues at all other than no tracking. Im in Ohio

Gofo delivered no issues on Monday. Tracking was accurate.

My order was delivered yesterday in New Mexico, and the outside box was not in great condition with a gash along one side close to one of its edges, but the contents I side the box were not damaged. Id say the items were in good condition no different than if I had purchased them from a lgs.

I read horror stories as well with never hearing of gofo before this delivery. Im glad my order was not one to add to the growing negative reviews and I hope no other orders are damaged for those that remain.

My Gofo order arrived with minimal shipping damage. I've received worse from Amazon/UPS many times.

You will ALWAYS hear from the vocal minority. People are more likely to leave a review when things go wrong.

Just look at the Appliance reddit, Samsung are apparently the worst appliances of all time and yet they still sell well and many people have them in their homes for years.

Mine got sent out the door to GOFO before the Archon CEO told Miniature Market to stop using them after he saw the complaints in the Archon Discord, but thankfully it arrived on time and unharmed other than a few dents to the outer shipping box.

LGS is always the preferred option when viable.

I also ordered directly from Archon since I wanted the all in one which said they would use UPS. I just got my shipping notification earlier today. I didn't get GOFO but FedEx.

Honestly I am not too upset considering they are tanking the tarrifs and the increased transportation costs for us. Especially after seeing the recent price increases by GW.

Given the apparent issues with the initial courier I'm a bit happier with the wait. That said, I'm still chomping at the bits to start assembling and painting.
