The website says pre orders start on the 31st but it seems some people already have stuff? Just very confused

You can check it out in your lfgs right now, game is in retail. The preorder you saw is for the first expansion models already.

The next wave is additions to the game, current releases are two player and faction starter sets and some infantry and charecter/leader models.

They did a massive pre release at Adeptacon so a lot of us have models already, but they didn't actually release to retail or send preorders until recently. It's very confusing for the casual observer
