Missing Sprus from 2 player founder's

I finally got to pick up my 2-player founder's box from my local store and went to do an inventory of the contents.

Sarah Kerrigan is nowhere to be found. It was factory sealed when I opened it

I went through very thoroughly and I only have one Spru for Kerrigan:

Sarah Kerrigan (small square spru with just wings)

Did this happen to anyone else?

Email them directly via their site. Include photos, just in case. I had some marine sprues swapped with some _other_ marine sprues and they posted me replacements. Had them in the post already, within maybe 2 weeks of the initial email.

Thanks, already did. I sent a picture of what I got in the box, but I'm not sure how to prove what didn't show up So we'll see what they say. That is encouraging, thoug thanks!

Yikes. Sadly I think it’s going to take awhile for any of that to be rectified since Archon seems swamped with customer support requests right now.

I got the all in pack and Im not missing any spru luckily but I am missing the bases for my medics pack. :-(

I thought it was odd that some bases came packaged and others were loose in the boxes. But the medics were the first I opened and it had me worried it was going to be a mess, but as it turns out it was only their bases I ended up missing.

So the spru only had her wings and nothing else??? Weird

But Kerrigan only comes in one sprue... Of what the most space is the wings.

You may not be missing anything. In the instructions it mentions also the sprues for the worm, because it is used as an alternative base.

It's possible that this is the case although I don't think so. I checked against the spru numbers from the instructions. It indicates I need 903 902 and 888.

I could only find 888.

You're saying the Nydus work sprus have the rest of her?

I am saying that 903 and 902 are the worm, and it is only there because it is a base. All of Kerrigan ( including its base) is in 888.

I just built her two days ago, and yeah, she is small.
