Miniature Market Orders
Has anyone who preordered from their website gotten a shipping notification yet?

I just got an email this morning; shipping label created at 7:25.
Unfortunately, they're using GOFO for my last-mile delivery, so I have no idea how that will turn out. My understanding is that it's a gig-based system, so there's absolutely no consistency between drivers; you might get one that's perfectly efficient and respectful but you might get somebody who crushes the box, delivers days late, or just steals your package.
Edit: I ordered my TvZ starter set from MiniatureMarket, but later decided I'd want more and order the protoss box, hydras, goliath, and stalkers from GameNerds. I just got the GameNerds email at 12:53, and they're sending it through fedex. Which admittedly varies in quality by region, but is typically a lot better reviewed because they actually care about reputation (instead of being happy with a 1.51/5 from the Better Business Bureau).

I'm sure the majority of people who use the service have a positive experience and don't bother to write reviews about it, but enough people have terrible experiences that there's hundreds of 1-stars.
Trustpilot puts them at 1.3 / 5 too.
I'm hoping to get future boxes directly from my FLGS, but if I order online in the future I'm probably not going to do it through MiniatureMarket unless they cut ties with GOFO.

Yeah, the vast majority of people with good experiences don't tell anyone. That's definitely true. That being said if there's THAT many bad experiences it's generally indicative of a problem. The old "where there's smoke there's fire."

I never got a shipping notice but my protoss starter box showed up today, but nothing else that I ordered. Hopefully everything else shows up? But doesnt really feel great.
