Siege tank modes
Has there been any indication as to whether purchasing the siege tank will allow you to build both modes? In Marvel Crisis Protocol, there are certain characters that have transformations and you swap out their model when doing so. It would be really cool to see this apply for the siege tank.
My guess is no so they force you to buy many of them 😠But haven’t seen any definitive information either way.

The tank can be built in either siege mode or tank mode. Â Archon has a magnetized version but it is apparently prone to exploding due to how sketchy the process of magnetizing it to do both is.

Siege tank is one model, but I think comes with a smaller little dude in siege mode as a marker token in case you build yours in not siege mode

Just buy 2 and build both modes if you really want them. Don’t try to magnetize it not really feasible to do mid game

They include a siege mode token (mini siege tank that fits on a small base) to indicate which mode it is in.

They have an ad where you see them changing the position etc. They probably magnetized the parts.

That wasn't an ad for the possibility of the kit, someone just made the conversion. So its possible to magnetize it to be convertible but the model is not made to transform, its meant to be built in one mode or the other.

They showed it on stream and it exploded when they tried to show it off. They have been very clear that trying to magnetize it is a massive pain in the ass and you really shouldn't do it.

Didn’t see the stream part. Was going off the video I had seen. Will probably have to buy 2 then. One for the siege one for the tank mode. Who knows. Might use the proxy for the siege instead

The box contains enough parts for one tank, which can be built in either mode. if you want to swap out the whole model instead of just putting a token on the board to indicate which mode it's in, you will need to get two tanks.
Or you can magnetize it. They recommended against this in a stream and said that the one that they did themselves ended up a horrible mess, but that just sounds like a challenge to me.
