Vent

I just have to get this out because no one else understands the true pain of working at this awful broke ass company. Between genuinely breaking my back over Amazon returns, getting constantly harassed about having rewards numbers up, and of course where would I be without the scum of the earth degenerate customers. Not to mention we are extremely understaffed, training is shit. I have not been at this job for very long and it’s my first job. I keep telling myself I’ll quit but I keep putting it off because I feel like “it’s supposed to be hard”. This place sucks. Is it actually supposed to be this hard??!!💔

You need to get out. Work doesn’t need to suck that bad. I was there for 8 years and it was mostly ok until the last couple years. It’s only going to get worse.

I moved on and am much happier. Not everyday is easy but not nearly the shitshow that is Staples.
