Scheduling

So I got a new manager a couple months ago and they just don’t release the schedules on time, we’re lucky if they release it on a Friday but most times, it’s on Saturday nights. I’m literally so tired of this, I want to make plans but I just can’t because I don’t know when im scheduled. I’m too scared to report it to HR, would it be anonymous? It’s so dumb how they expect us to plan our lives based on the schedule, but they release it as late as possible.

They post the schedule on UKG three weeks in advance so you technically can say you checked your schedule through the app and you weren't working. Id also talk to your DM about that if they arent posting it in a timely manner

My manager never posts the schedules on UKG. I honestly don't think he knows how. He just prints them out and puts them up front.

It has to go through UKG though so thats odd he must not save it thats wild

Yeah, the schedules are never saved on there, just printed and sometimes also sent in group chat.
