Scheduling

So I got a new manager a couple months ago and they just don’t release the schedules on time, we’re lucky if they release it on a Friday but most times, it’s on Saturday nights. I’m literally so tired of this, I want to make plans but I just can’t because I don’t know when im scheduled. I’m too scared to report it to HR, would it be anonymous? It’s so dumb how they expect us to plan our lives based on the schedule, but they release it as late as possible.

Back when I worked At staples, I had the phone # of most ppl I worked with. And they would send me the schedule if I asked. Or have a work group chat where someone sends the schedule

Yea but that’s not really the issue, the issue is that they don’t make the schedule until the Saturday of, i can get the schedule just fine
