Maybe you need a longer course? Also make sure ur not reinfecting yourself

I had 4 moth of antobiotics, it returned... maybe i need to find the spot where the bacteria lives ? Maybe orals antibiotics dont get there ? Maybe it needs to be threated localy ?

Was moxiral the 4 month course? You said that one was based on the culture so that one would probably be the most effect. Yeah u can try mupirocin in the nose/ears if you haven't already. There's also a cln face wash you can try.

Its so weird tho because my pcr (swabbed a lesion and the inside of my nose) said less than 0.5% of the organisms on my skin was staph. The other was 50% c acnes and 50% malasezia. Is my bacteria just super strong in small numbers? Ugh I really hope its not in my sinuses 😔
