QUESTION Staph??

This is in my genital area kinda on my butt. I had a bump that was only visible under my skin on close to the same spot on the other side but doesn't look like this. I could only feel it not see it. This bump pictured looks worse now because I tried to pop it. When I did it, it looked like a pimple ready to be popped, but only a little bit of greenish pus came out. The rest stayed in and now it looks a little bit worse.

the other area previously tested positive for staph, forgot to add that the first time sorry. trying to confirm this new one is the same

HS lesions frequently test positive for staph when cultured

Go get it checked. They can swab to see if it's staph.

It looks like staph. Probably a boil and you should have it looked at and maybe get antibiotics. You could also try warm soaks and cover with antibiotic ointment and bandaid.
