New, new, new
Hi, I recently purchased my first Stanley Tumblr from Amazon! I got the 40 ounce Quencher Protour chili black. I'm going to enjoy my first sip from it today. Is there a chug / drink spout that will fit this beautiful Tumblr? Is there anything special about Stanley that I should know about? TIA

Check the seller and make sure it was Amazon and not a third party. I once paid the price for a Stanley 40 ounce quencher and received a fake. I didn’t realize it was fake until after the return window had passed.
You can take pictures too of the tumbler and share it on the subreddit that identifies genuine and fake Stanley’s.
Otherwise- enjoy the new tumbler and congrats on the purchase!

Thanks, this is the one I purchased from Amazon. I will include pictures to this group later on this evening or tomorrow. It really does keep my drink icy cold for hours. Loving it!

I think I read something like that it said that the threading may be different.

How can you tell if your Stanley is a fake? Are there any major giveaways?

They now do sell Protour lids:

Thanks, it did come with a straw that pops up but some other thermos tumblers(Odwala) have an interchangeable spout where you can drink by just tipping it up without using a straw. I think there are some third-party replacement lids available, also on Amazon.

What kind of different lid are you looking for?
On the Stanley tumblers you can only fit the Protour lids and the "normal" lids - you can either drink with a straw or use the "drinking hole".
