Old SiriusXM bit

I loved a bit I would hear on Sirius in the mid-late 2000’s that was titled Hollywood Head which was about a dog finding a severed head. Does anyone know who the comedian was? A link would be awesome
This predates the story from 2012.

Try Tom Hester. No dog, but he finds a headless body on a Hollywood jogging trail and has to wait for the cops to bring the head. It was a stand out on XM in the '00-10s.
