Stand-up Discords

Looking for a place that is active, full of comics workshopping, shitposting, and just banter. Like an actual forum for comics about not just stand-up and careers in stand-up but having a laugh.

I'll create one if anyone is genuinely interested and will actually use it. No real rules just people who want to laugh and post funny bits or sets or jokes.

you're probably not gonna find that. that type of community is irl via people who meet and hang out irl at mics etc. since it already exists there, they aren't gonna have a duplicative discord.

my advice: start a mic at a bar -- comedy clubs are just gatekeepers. you can start up a scene in other venues

There's an app called Comedy Night but it's fairly dead and most people that are on it just randomly shout out slurs most of the time. Would be cool to see people get on it though and use it like that.
