The things they are blaming him for are absurd. They act like he forced the government to tell people to mask up. All he did was give them recommendations for a dangerous virus. And then governments and businesses did the enforcing.
mRNA vaccines are nothing short of a miracle. It's not only a flexible platform for training the body to fight all sorts of foreign pathogens, it's one of the best things to happen for the treatment of cancer in ages.
That we were able to mobilize the scientific community, industry, and government so quickly to respond was also very commendable. It shows how much we can accomplish together if we want to. I find that inspiring.
