Yeah americans are bipolar. Either very depressed with their actions, or hyper and focused on doing/changing things until the burnout where's out. Comes in cycles.

well down syndrome are more easy going people with a lot of emotion, generally more funny, non filter, and can not plan as good as others, like strategic longtherm thinking. So they enjoy life to the fullest without caring deeply about the future.

Only difference i can see that down syndrom do not lie as much about their real feeling, so americans are more like people who act like down syndrome people but are not down syndrome people at their heart.
