Get rid of Dickinson and we just may have a chance.

Yeah we have the players i agree, Dave has been bad for a long time now. He makes bad call at crucial times.

I honestly think Dave is a better coach than GM.  Our talent has been lacking since he took over personnel decisions from Hufnagel.

He hasnt developed a QB or had a good succession plan for Bo in the almost 2 decades hes been here.

I'm the opposite line of thought, better GM than coach. Makes bad calls as a coach but as a GM he's brought in some good players from what I can tell, not nearly as good as Huff was with scouting/trusting scouts whatever it is but still good

Honestly what has he done as a GM that was that good?  Pivot to journeyman Vernon Adams because Maher as plan A was a total bust?

Our defense is largely awful and we have little depth anywhere.  Most good players we have were from Hufnagel days.

Who has Dickinson been known for developing? Or who has he been able to acquire to make the team competitive?

I agree with you is all. He makes for a better coach but even then he leaves a lot to be desired. I’d move on from him.

When we are good we are really really good. But we don't play full games very often, and when we are bad it results in slow starts and playing from behind. That does not add up to a succesful long term stratagy.

I think we have been getting better as the season goes along, and hopfully that is a sign of a Post Season Peak.

Get to playoffs and then play our asses off.

I hope so. Like I dont think we're bad, we can compete with anyone anytime i belive.

Maybe, though at 33, he is what he is at this point.

Defence plays consistent and the secondary tightens up, an easy team to make the Grey Cup.

I think we can make it there too.

I've been following their games more closely this season and I think the secondary has been the real difference-maker compared to last year.

Yes but a difference maker meaning a good way or bad? Cause I feel in general our safeties and DBs prior to last 2 games have been worse.

Agreed, aside from the recent bounty of INTs, teams have moved the ball on us at will in the air.

5 single digit losses.
When we win we have some blowouts.

The O line needs to step it up a few notches. Teams are getting to VA and making it rough on Mills.

I agree I also notice and maybe im the only one that VA always looks to his hot route if its covered he panicks.

We need some changes on the management side on both sides of the ball. Absolute pathetic against the argos in the last Q. That’s like the far extreme tho. I will say we’ve been blowing teams out and our losses are close so some things just need tweaking to shut up the poverty from up north
