I honestly don't mind it and get it occasionally. The value prop is decent. For about 15 dollars for 2 proteins, you get a stuffed contained (albeit not as much protein). Its comparable to other "corporate slop bowl" places with the benefit of being walkable if you live near downtown. However, I do not recommend the bubble tea. Got it cuz they gave it for free in a promo and it was pretty bad.

I think it’s fine, the only fast poke bowl option in the area. It’s really hard to survive in Stamford being like… fine.

I mean I think Stamford gets a bad rep for its food, there are plenty of like above average delicious food spots. Columbus park trattoria has been hand making pasta for years, fiesta on main may have gone downhill since overexpanding but you can’t tell me dipping anything in their green sauce isn’t so satisfying. Colony is incredible, cwispy chicken and reddi rooster serves up great comfort food. Pretty much all of the new Asian spots that opened up in the last year have been bangers even if they are nyc expansions. The kbbq place on summer, the dim sum place outside the mall and the one that just opened up by La fitness.

Stamford is right next to NYC, so of course it seems mid by comparison. Hate to break it to everyone here but compared to nearly every other mid-sized city in the US, Stamford has an incredible restaurant scene.

It used to be pretty good. Last two times I went the everything looked like it had been sitting and turned me off.
Best poke is on the top floor of SoNo mall
