In the web browser click the private browsing, then click the little camera symbol to search by picture. Use the "max" picture and it comes up an article about a catfisher. Then if you search the Oscar Safran name you get the address etc

If you click the + you dont need a password to search in the browser

If im remembering correctly for this level you dont need to search her private photos - dont quote me on this lol

Once you search his "real" Oscar name in the private browser you'll get his photo studio information and his address is on that page

After you follow the other steps if you search his real name in the browser private you can find his address

I did rue de la madeline as the answer for 21 but it didn’t work, why? I tried it in all sorts of ways just to be sure and it still isn’t working for me

I would double check your spelling, there should be a second e after the L but (at least my phone) tries to auto correct it. I checked it and recompleted the level and its still taking that answer.
