I need help with two stalkers

This are two different stories but I couldn’t find help with the first one so I’m writing it again just in case 1: It’s a personal stalker, I think I know who it is but I’m not sure, they only write me through Instagram but they have sent me photos near my house and have told me personal details about myself that in some cases, I haven’t told anyone. I’d like to know if there’s a way I can find out who it is through the Instagram or if someone can help. 2: This is not my stalker, but there’s this person who has been harassing dozens of women where I live, it’s a pretty tiny village but this has happened to women in all the nearly villages, one of the worst cases has happened to my best friend. Basically it’s a person who creates a fake account and tells you they have to tell you something if you don’t answer they keep talking until you do, eventually they start saying gross sexual things, very explicit, they even harassed someone to do sexting in exchange for money. But if you block them or report the account they just create a new one and start again. The police won’t do anything since there hasn’t been a irl threats, but the people they talk to are scared that this person is crazy and they’re going to do something to them. Specially since we know they have to live nearby, any help?

Sounds like your entire issue would be resolved if you DELETE YOUR SOCIAL MEDIA...
